Player ClouDDy Contract

The Player ClouDDy Contract covers connection and support of the ClouDDy cloud player on your television, set-top box, phone or computer. The player licence is yours: we connect it to our system, set it up for your contract and support it. All you need to do is log in. Works together with a Sputnik, Globus, Parus, Grand or VIP Media contract.

What's included: the player licence, connection to our system, setup for your contract and reconfiguration when links or contract details change.

Not included: diagnosing a particular device, your home network or the effects of system updates on your TV or set-top box. We do not guarantee that the app works on every device model. Help with a particular device is a paid service — see the Terms and Conditions, section 2.
