About us

People move abroad, but the habit of switching on a familiar channel in the evening stays. We make that habit work wherever you live now — without a satellite dish, without grey boxes bought from classified ads, and without explaining yourself to a local provider in a language you did not learn for this.

Who we are

Entertainment Box is a Russian-language television service run by Pro Technologies Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom in 2012, company number 08184949. We have a London address, a phone number and an office — not just a messenger account. That sounds dull right up to the day something stops working and it suddenly matters who you can call.

What that means for you

When a stream freezes or a channel refuses to open, a person answers you, not silence. Support works in Russian, English and Lithuanian. Every request gets its own number and does not get lost in a thread. In the website chat an AI assistant answers first: it knows the common questions and hands the conversation to a human the moment the question gets harder. We pull the log for your line and look at where the break actually is — at the provider, on our server or in your home router — instead of advising you to reinstall the app and hoping.

Setup is our job, not yours

Television, set-top box, phone, tablet, computer: we tell you what to install and what to press, and stay with you until the first channel plays. If the device is unfamiliar, we work it out together — this is part of your subscription and costs nothing extra.

No surprises on the bill

The subscription price is known in advance and there are no hidden charges. Your balance and renewal date are visible in your account, and you can switch off renewal yourself at any time — we will not try to talk you out of it.

How to reach us

We work weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00. Outside those hours an answering machine takes your call, and we read every message that reaches us.
