Sputnik Start Contract
The Sputnik Start Contract covers setup and support of access to the Sputnik service on your devices, at the Start support level. Access is provided by the Sputnik service on its own terms. We connect it to your devices and support you for the whole term of the contract: help with the player, link replacement and troubleshooting.
All devices under the contract must be on one home network: a device on a different connection, on mobile internet or behind a VPN counts as a separate location. A device at another address needs a separate contract.
