The Entertainment Box Telegram bot: subscriptions, balance and viewing details at hand
First things first: nothing you are used to changes. The website, your account, payments, email and WhatsApp all work exactly as before. The bot is simply another way to see your subscriptions and viewing details without opening the site. Use it if you like it; if you do not, there is nothing you need to do.
The bot is called @entbox_shop_bot. It speaks English, Russian and Lithuanian, and it does three things: shows setup guides, shows your account (subscriptions, wallet, viewing details) and takes support requests.
The screenshots below are in Russian — the bot shows the same screens in English once you set the language.
Step 1. Open the bot
- Open Telegram and search for @entbox_shop_bot.
- Press Start at the bottom of the screen.
- The bot greets you and shows the menu.
The bot picks the language from your Telegram settings. If it guesses wrong, the Language button switches between English, Russian and Lithuanian.
The setup guides work before you link anything: pick your device and the bot opens the step-by-step guide in your language.
Step 2. Link your account
Linking is a one-off. It connects your Telegram to your Entertainment Box account so the bot knows whose subscriptions to show.
Press Link account and enter the email address your subscription is registered to.
A confirmation code is emailed to that address from support@entbox.uk.
Type the code into the bot. It is valid for 15 minutes.
No email? Check the Spam folder. If the bot says the address is not found, the subscription is probably registered to a different address — write to us and we will tell you which one.
You can unlink at any time: My account → Unlink account.

Your subscriptions: package, number, status, term and the date of the next charge.
Balance
Your wallet balance and its latest movements, with a top-up button.
Connection details
Username, password, playlist and EPG links — the same ones we publish in your account on the site. Handy to copy straight from Telegram into your player.
Support inside the bot
The Support button shows your open requests and lets you raise a new one or add to an existing one. The reply arrives both in Telegram and by email — exactly as if you had written to us.
Notifications
The bot tells you when a subscription is switched on, when connection details are published, when a subscription is paused and when your wallet balance changes. Nothing to set up.
Do not want notifications? My account → the bell. The bot stays, the messages stop.
Payments stay on the website
The Renew / buy and Top up wallet buttons open the site at the login page: payments only go through your account, so it is log in first, pay second. Forgotten the password? The same page has the reset link.
If the page opens inside Telegram, tap «Open in browser» — payments sometimes fail in the built-in browser.
