If the TV archive has disappeared in Televizo or TiviMate, only today's programmes are available, or rewind does not work — there is nothing wrong with your subscription. The package delivers the full archive. The limit is in the app itself: the free versions of these players restrict the archive.
Televizo
In the free version the archive is available for the current day only.
The full archive opens in the Premium version. It is a one-off purchase inside the Televizo Companion app on Google Play; one licence covers five devices and requires a Televizo account.
You do not have to take our word for it: in the app settings you can enable Premium free for one hour and see the archive appear.
If you added the media library as a separate playlist via Xtream Codes, make sure the «Enable channels» switch is turned off in that playlist — otherwise the library will not open.
TiviMate
In the free version the archive is not available at all — a paid TiviMate subscription is required.
How to watch the archive without paying extra
The full package archive is available in the ClouDDy player. The player licence is not part of the subscription — it is bought from us separately: £5 a year for one device or £10 a year for three. A three-device licence does not lift the one-network rule: where that rule applies, all devices still have to reach the internet through the same router. The exception is Globus TV: it has no address binding, so the devices can be anywhere. Once you have the licence, we set the viewing up for you — we send ready-made details and all you do is switch the device on.
How the archive behaves can differ depending on the package you have. If something does not add up, write to support and we will look into it.
